Edit user profile information
As an administrator, you can edit user information. This information appears on a user's profile page, when you select their profile picture or their name (through the news feed, chat, or user directory).

There are 2 types of users: members and guests.
What is a guest?
A guest can only access the groups he’s been invited to.
He has no visibility on the other groups of the platform whether they are open or private.

Click the gear icon of the left-hand navigation menu
Click on the Manage Users link

Goals
With dynamic groups, you can automatically invite members to groups depending on their profiles.
For instance, you can easily invite members matching a location, or members with a specific skill.
For that, you can search for members using the search engine and then save your search with a title : this saved search is called a "people set".
Once a people set is created, you can link it with one or more groups.

Enable invitations without email
By default, users without email cannot be invited.
An administrator has to enable this feature to make it allowed.
To do that, the administrator has to go to Dashboard Authorizations, and enable the feature "Sign up / in without email"
