Who can set up the payment methods?
Only administrators have access to the Licences & Plan tab. Thus, they’re the only ones who can modify the payment information.
To set up the payment method:
click on Administration in the left side menu bar,
then select Licences & Plan,
in Manage your account, click on Payment method and Change.

Who can add or remove licenses?
Only administrators have access to the "Subscription and billing" tab of the general settings. They’re the only ones able to add or remove licenses to the subscription.
How do I access the Subscription & billing tab?
To update the number of licenses, you need to follow these steps:Few readersUpdating credit card details
To update your credit card, or to replace it with a new one,
Click the gear icon on the left-hand navigation menu
Click on the Subscription & billing link
In the window, go to the Payment Method Information section
Click on Edit
Modify the card information and click on Update.Few readersAccessing to invoices
To find invoices issued to you,
Click the gear icon of the left-hand navigation menu
Click on the Subscription & billing link
In the window, go to the Payment History section
You can download each invoice by clicking on the link Download as PDF.Few readersEditing billing details
To modify your billing address,
Click the gear icon of the left-hand navigation menu
Click on the Subscription & billing link
Click on the Invoicing & management link at the bottom of the page
In the window, go to the Billing information section
Click on Edit
Click on the Update billing address button
