The Home page allows allows you to publish information in a static way.
In order to facilitate access to your organization's internal tools, it is possible to insert a quick access to apps module on your home page.
This module is linked to your apps directory, if the latter is not activated, it will not be possible to add it to your homepage.
Publishing an apps shortcut
To publish an apps shortcut on your home page, go to the portal where the module will be published and choose the row and column where it will be positioned.
An edit window will open, you can then enter:
a title for your module,
the apps to display on the module from the list of apps activated on your platform.

Selected apps will not be editable by home page readers. Feel free to create a poll to determine which applications are most important to add as a shortcut on the home page.
