Talkspirit allows you to activate a video conferencing service to organize interactive meetings with several participants.

Find out in this article how to:


Muting the microphone of all participants

To avoid background noise during a presentation , you have the possibility to mute all the microphones of the guests and to restore the possibility of speaking at the end of the presentation.

To do this, select the Participants button and then click Mute all.


Displaying statistics

You can access the speaking times of each interlocutor during the videoconference.

To do this, select the more actions button then click on Interlocutor statistics.


Adding a password

To limit the videoconference room to guests only, you can protect it by adding a password.

To do this, simply click on the more actions icon then select Security options and Add a password to protect access to the video conferencing room. Once in place, participants will be required to enter this password to join the call.
