How to contact an administrator on the platform?
It is very easy to contact the platform administrator when you're logged in to your account. You can do this by:
sending him an email,
sending him a chat or a private message.
Contact an administrator by email
You can send an email to an administrator from your platform. In order to do so:
go to the left side menu bar of your platform and select Help & More,
Select Contact an administrator.
You're then instantly redirected to your email service which opens by pasting the email addresses of all the administrators in the recipients field.
All you have to do is change the subject of your request, insert the body text and then send your message!
Contact an administrator by chat or private message
You can also contact an administrator via the user directory.
Simply select Administrators. You can then choose to send him/her a chat message or a private message by clicking on the appropriate icon.
Who can use this feature?
All users of the platform can contact the administrators.
Good to know
Only the administrators can change your email address, suspend your account or send you a link to reset your password.
