The shared agenda allows you to quickly organize appointments with other users, check their availability and also create and participate in group events.
By default, users have the option to synchronize their external calendar (Google or Outlook).
As an administrator, you have the option of authorizing or not authorizing platform users to synchronize their external calendar.
Do not allowing calendar synchronization
By default, users of your platform have the possibility to synchronize their external calendar on Talkspirit.
If you wish to deactivate this possibility, go to the Administration, event section and check Do not authorize.
Please note, this option will desynchronize all the calendars synchronized on the platform.
We advise you to warn the users of your platform via a general publication of the upcoming deactivation of external calendars
Allowing users to sync their external calendar.
As explained previously, by default users have the possibility to synchronize their external calendar. If this option has been disabled and you wish to enable it again. Go to Administration, Event section and check Allow users to synchronize their external calendar.
Users will then need to sync again their external agenda, if they so wish.
