Adding an image into a Library page

Illustrate pages and information with images!

Updated over a year ago

The Library brings together all the internal resources of your structure. Managers can create pages and sub-pages and illustrate them with images.

It is therefore possible:

Inserting an image

To add images to illustrate or enrich your content, type / then choose Image from the drop-down list.

Then choose to insert the image of your choice directly from your computer or via drag and drop.

The image will automatically insert itself in the center of the page.

💡: it is possible to insert GIFs (animated images) to add animation to your page.

You then have the option:

  • to set the size of the image

  • add a caption to the image

  • replace it with another image.

  • to delete the image

Defining the size of the image

To define the size of the image, hover your mouse over the image and click on the vertical cursors on the right or on the left.

Then move your mouse while maintaining the click to enlarge or reduce the size of the image.

Adding a legend to the image

To clarify the content of an image, such as the title of a graph, managers can add a legend.

To do this, hover your mouse over the image and click the Legend button.

You can then write the text of your choice and format it (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, code format) directly under the image.

Replacing the image

The inserted image does not suit you? You have the possibility to replace it directly in order to preserve the location of the image in your page.

To do this, hover your mouse over the image, select the option button and click on Replace.

You will have the possibility to change the image via drag and drop or directly from your computer.

Deleting an image

The inserted image does not suit you? You have the option of completely removing it.

To do this, hover your mouse over the image and select the Option button, then click Delete.
