Administrators can create company profiles from the administration. They can then allow users to publish under a profile other than their personal profile.
If an administrator has associated you with a company profile, you will be able to:
share a post on behalf of a group, a department, a committee, an entity,
publish a comment on behalf of a group, a department, a committee, an entity.
Publish with a company profile
If an administrator has associated you with a company profile, you can choose to publish the information on your behalf or on behalf of the company profile.
To do so, choose the profile you want to select. You'll have to fill in the recipients of the post (it will only be possible to fill in a group), a title, a description and then choose Publish.
Commenting with a company profile
If an administrator has associated you with a company profile, you can choose to publish a comment in your name or in the name of the company profile.
In this case, you will be able to pull down a chevron and choose the profile you are going to communicate with.
Who can post and comment with a company profile?
All the users who have been allowed to share information with a company profile by an administrator can post and comment with that company profile.
Can I publish and comment with a company profile with the Standard and Premium plans?
It is possible to publish and comment with a company profile on both offers.
