Editing your profile informations

To introduce yourself and enable platform users to easily target your areas of expertise, we recommend that you

  • complete your profile information,

  • complete your organization chart,

  • add a photo to your profile and a cover image.


Complete your profile information

To complete your profile information :

  • Click on your profile photo

  • Select the Preferences tab

  • Click on the Informations tab

All the fields in the Information tab have been selected by your administrator. Fields can be marked as :

  • required,

  • locked,

  • free.

1. Required fields

These are marked with a red asterisk.

If the field is not filled in, a banner appears on your platform.

Click on Please update your profile to be redirected to the Profile & Preferences section to fill in the missing fields. Once these fields have been completed, the banner will disappear.

2. Locked fields

A locked field is greyed out and cannot be changed. This field is filled in by the platform administrators.

If you wish to modify this information field, please contact your platform administrator directly.

3. Free fields

This information field is not compulsory. However, we recommend that you fill it in to ensure that your profile is complete.

Good to know: The administrator of your platform defines the location of information on user profile sheets.


Complete your organization chart

To create a complete and accurate organization chart for your organization, each member of the platform can enter their hierarchical relationships.

In the Profile & Preferences section, tab Organization chart. Click on the fields :

A drop-down list of all users appears for each field. You can then choose your manager(s) and the person(s) you manage directly.

Finally, click Save to save your organization chart.

Once this information has been entered, it is automatically updated on the organization chart.

To find the organization chart, go to :

  1. the user directory, then click on the user of your choice.

  2. The user's profile sheet will appear on the right. From there, click on Organigram.

The user's organisation chart appears in a pop-up window.

NB: the fields in the organisation chart (Managed by and Manage from) may already have been filled in by your administrator.


Add your profile photo and cover image.

To add a photo to your profile and a cover image, go to Profile and Preferences and click on Photo.
