You can now share text or urls on Talkspirit's mobile application.
You're browsing the Internet and target an information that you think should be shared with your coworkers? To share it directly on the Talkspirit mobile application, you can select:
a url link,
the text of the article.
Share a url link to Talkspirit's mobile application
You can select a url you want to share with your coworkers. To do so, select the url to display the different sharing options.
Select Share and then choose Talkspirit's application.
You can share the article:
in a post,
in a chat room.
Select the option that best suits your communication objectives.
Sharing in a post
Select the share in a post option to open a new post: the url link will be automatically integrated in the body of the post.
All you have to do is to fill in:
the recipients of the post,
a title,
if necessary, add more information in the body of the text.
Publish to share the information.
Sharing in a chat room
Select the share in chat room option. You'll be redirected to the Conversations section. You can then choose to share the information:
to the users of the platform,
in the chat room of one of your groups.
Once the recipient of the message is chosen, you're redirected to the selected chat room. The message field is pre-filled with the url address. You'll just have to complete the message or share directly the selected address.
Share text on Talkspirit's mobile application
You can select text and share it with your coworkers. To do so, select the relevant sentence or paragraph to bring up the different sharing options.
Select Share and then choose Talkspirit's application.
You can share the text:
in a post,
in a chat room.
Select the option that best suits your communication objectives.
Sharing in a post
Select the share in a post option to open a new post: the text will be automatically integrated in the body of the post.
All you need to do is to fill in:
the recipients of the post,
the title,
if necessary, add additional information in the body of the text.
Publish to share the information.

By selecting share in chat room, you will be redirected to the Conversations section. You can then choose to share the information:
to the users on the platform,
in the chat room of one of your groups.
Once you've chosen the recipient of the message, you're redirected to the selected chat room. The message field is pre-filled with the text to share. You'll just have to complete the message or share it directly.
Who can use the Share option?
All members of the platform can share urls and text on the mobile application if it has been downloaded beforehand.
Can I use Share on the Standard and Premium plans?
It is possible to share information with both Standard and Premium plans.
Good to know
You need to download Talkspirit's mobile application beforehand in order to share information on the application. Otherwise, those options won't be available.
