Who can pin a comment?
Administrators can pin comments from groups they belong.
Group administrators can also pin comments from groups they manage if an administrator has allowed it from the administration.
The author of a comment can also pin it if a group administrator or an administrator has allowed it.
How to pin a comment?
To pin a comment, select the three-dot icon and choose Pin Comment. The comment will appear associated to the Pinned mention.
Is it possible to pin comments on both Standard and Premium plans?
It is possible to pin comments on both Standard and Premium offers.

You can't pin comments on private posts (which are addressed to users of the platform and not to a group).
