Integrate Zendesk

With talkspirit, you can setup Zendesk to :

  • Get an automatic post each time a new ticket is received within the attached account

  • Get a comment each time a ticket has its status changed

Posts on talkspirit will synchronize with: 

  • Title of Zendesk ticket 

  • Status of Zendesk ticket

  • Description

By default, all members can add an integration to one of their groups except if the permission was changed by an administrator or a group admin.
