Integrate Zendesk
With talkspirit, you can setup Zendesk to :
- Get an automatic post each time a new ticket is received within the attached account
- Get a comment each time a ticket has its status changed
Posts on talkspirit will synchronize with:
- Title of Zendesk ticket
- Status of Zendesk ticket
- Description
By default, all members can add an integration to one of their groups except if the permission was changed by an administrator or a group admin.
