The Drive is a shared storage space allowing you to organize and access all the files (images, sounds, videos, documents, etc.) saved on your platform according to their group membership.

Import a folder via drag and drop
First, go to the group drive in which you want to import a folder or to your My drive section.
Select the folder of your choice on your computer and do the drag and drop in the Drive. The download starts automatically and continue in background. So you can follow advancement download via the insert at the bottom right of your screen while continuing your activities on the other modules of the platform.
Import a folder via the upload folder button
If a drag and drop is not possible, it is also possible to import a folder via the file explorer.
To do this, first position yourself in the group drive in which you want to import a folder or in your My drive section.
Then select the button Upload a folder and select the directory of your choice from the file explorer.
The download starts automatically and continues in the background. You can therefore follow the progress of the download via the insert at the bottom right of your screen while continuing your activities on the other modules of the platform.
When the download is complete, the window turns green. You can open your file by clicking on open.
💡 Good to know
There is no size limit for the imported folder. On the other hand, the size of each file present in this folder cannot exceed 1 GB.
If other folders are present within the imported folder, the tree structure will be kept in your drive Talkspirit. You will keep the organization set up on your computer.
