Technical configuration of the videoconference

The officially supported browsers are the following:

  • Chrome (2 latest versions)

  • Firefox (2 latest versions)

  • Safari (2 latest versions)

Microsoft Edge is not officially supported, if you've no other choice, we advise you to use the latest version (based on Chromium).

The service is also available via our mobile application, available on iOS and Android.

The service, however, allows a more restricted port opening: you'll need to open the UDP ports 10000 to 10100 on IP 176.31.142.41. For TCP web 443 flows, however, it will be necessary to open the ports on the domain *.talkspirit.com on the IP 87.98.173.251.

The service is based on the Jitsi infrastructure. Jitsi complies with the RGPD.
