Only group managers are authorized to modify the privileges for their group.
Conferring manager rights on a member
Click on the Users icon
Click on the chevron next to the name of the member to confer manager rights on
Select Make group owner (user will be notified)
Revoking a member's manager rights
Click on the Users icon
Click on the chevron next to the name of the member whose manager rights will be revoked
Select Make member (user will not be notified about the loss of its privileges)
