User Badges
User Badges allow you to identify and highlight members of your organization who have specific expertise or roles. This feature helps you quickly recognize users’ skills and responsibilities directly on the platform.
Are you a platform administrator or a user administrator?
Badges are visible in areas of your platform where it is important to support a user’s statements:
User profile,
News feed,
Comments,
Chat,
User directory
The badge is displayed next to a user’s profile picture or beside their first and last name.
💡 Certified users’ posts are also highlighted with a banner on the publication in the colors of the certified user’s badge.
⚠️ It is not possible to search or filter users by badges in the user directory.
