Reactivate a suspended user

When a user's access to your Talkspirit space has been suspended, you can reactivate them at any time. This action restores their access rights so they can resume their activities on the platform. This guide walks you through the reactivation process step by step.


How to Reactivate a Suspended User


To reactivate a user, follow these steps in the platform's administration panel:

  1. Go to Administration from the main menu.
  2. Click on Manage Users to access the full list.
  3. At the top of the page, apply the Suspended filter to view only inactive accounts.
  4. Select the user you want to reactivate.
  5. Click Restore to restore their active member status.



📌 Note: Reactivating a user restores all of their original permissions.

Who Can Use This Feature?


  • Admins only: Only space administrators have the rights to reactivate a suspended account.
  • Eligible users: Only suspended users can be reactivated.


⚠️ Caution: It is not possible to reactivate an anonymized user. Anonymization is a permanent action that removes all personal data from the account in accordance with GDPR regulations.
