Once you have created your account, you can change your login password.

If you are logged in to the platform

• Go to the Profiles and Preferences section
• Click on Login
• Enter your current password.
• Enter your new password and confirm it,
• Click on the Change my password button

If you can't remember your current password :

• Click on Reset my password to receive notice by email.

If you are not connected to the service

From your platform's login page(https://nom-de-votre-organisation.talkspirit.com)

• Click on the link I've forgotten my password...
• Enter your email address and click OK
• You will receive an email allowing you to create a new password. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive our email.
• In the email, click on Create a new password
• You will be taken to a page where you can enter your new password and confirm.
