Changing your password
Once you have created your account, you can change your login password.
Go to the Profiles and Preferences section
Click on Login
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it,
Click on the Change my password button
If you can't remember your current password :
Click on Reset my password to receive notice by email.
From your platform's login page[(https://nom-de-votre-organisation.talkspirit.com](https://nom-de-votre-organisation.talkspirit.com/))
Click on the link I've forgotten my password...
Enter your email address and click OK
You will receive an email allowing you to create a new password. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive our email.
In the email, click on Create a new password
You will be taken to a page where you can enter your new password and confirm.
If you are logged in to the platform
Go to the Profiles and Preferences section
Click on Login
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it,
Click on the Change my password button

If you are not connected to the service
