You can choose the videoconferencing service that best suits your communication objectives.

By default, the videoconferencing service will remain the same as the current one. However, it will be possible for administrators to switch from the current videoconferencing service, Blue to a new service, Red.

Differences between both services

When the Red is activated only the videoconference button appears. The microphone icon disappears from the chat room.

How to enable Red?

Red is the videoconferencing service enabled by default.

How to enable Blue?

To activate Blue, go to the Administration and select Online Meetings.

To use the videoconference, it must have been activated by an administrator.

To activate Blue, select the talkspirit blue button.

Activating both services

You can activate both videoconferencing services. To activate both services, please contact us.

A new button will then be available on the chat conversations, for all users. They'll have the choice between Blue and Red.

They'll then be able to choose which videoconferencing service to use from one meeting to another.

Who can modify the videoconferencing service?

All administrators can modify those services from the Administration.

Can we modify the videoconferencing services on the Essentials, Standard and Premium plans?

It is possible to modify the videoconferencing service on the Standard and Premium plans.

It is though not possible to change the videoconferencing service when on the Essentials offer: only Red is available for this offer.

Specific information

To use Blue, it is necessary to open the UDP ports 20000 to 65000.

However, Red allows a more restricted opening of ports: you'll need to open UDP ports 10000 to 10100 on IP 176.31.142.41. For TCP web 443 flows, however, it will be necessary to open the ports on the domain *.talkspirit.com on the IP 87.98.173.251.
