Talkspirit allows you to activate a video conferencing service to organize interactive meetings with several participants. Different functionalities are available to interact with the participants. Find out in this article how to **prepare your entry into the videoconference before joining it by setting:** * [your microphone](#h_d557e0578c), * [your camera preferences](#h_b25ccc2d58), * [your background](#h_6589296b23), [your devices, your profile and advanced settings](#h_cf900008e6). --- # Setting your microphone preferences You can join the videoconference exchanges with the microphone muted. To do so, click on the **Micro icon** to turn it off.
