# Integrate Jira

With talkspirit, you can setup [Jira](https://fr.atlassian.com/software/jira) to :

* Get an automatic post each time a new issue is created
* Get a comment each time an issue has its status changed

By default, all members can add an integration to one of their groups except if the permission was changed by an [administrator](https://help.talkspirit.com/en/articles/3729269-modifying-default-privileges-for-groups) or a [group admin](https://help.talkspirit.com/en/articles/1876229-modifying-group-privileges).

In order to setup a webhook on Jira, follow these steps :

1. Sign in with an admnistrator account and click **"System"** in the administration menu.
2. Click on **"Webhooks"** in the **"Advanced"** section of the left navigation
3. Click **"Create a webhook"** and paste the url provided within talkspirit.
4. Then choose the events related to issues (**"Issue related events"**): created and updated
