# Integrate Box

Talkspirit allows you to attach your Box files to your posts or to your groups' file space.

# Integrate Box

Only an administrator can activate the Box Connector for his team.

To activate Box:

* Click on the **gear** icon in the left navigation menu
* Click on **Cloud Storage Service**
* In the **Box picker**, click on the **Configure** button.
* Click **Activate**

When you post a comment or a publication, a Box icon now appears and allows you to open a Box file finder that you can attach to your content.

In the file space, the Box icon appears to share a file hosted on Box.

Note: Sharing Box links in a publication or in the file space of a group does not give talkspirit users any rights to these files.
