# How to activate Projects

The Projects app allows you to monitor your projects in real time.

To access the app, an administrator should have activated Projects from the administration.

The users will then be able to select the dedicated Projects menu to access the app.

# Activate Projects

To activate Projects, you need to go to the administration, Projects section.

Select Enabled to make the Project app available.

Then only the Group Manager will have the ability to create a group project.
