# Formatting a chat message

You can now edit the text in your chats:

* you can now write in bold text,
* and in italic text,
* even both at the same time,
* share a "quote”,
* insert number lists,
* insert bullet points,
* insert a link to your information,
* cross out information.

To put a piece of information in your message in bold, simply precede and follow the relevant field with ****.

Example : I expect you `**tomorrow**` : I expect you **tomorrow**

# Share a quote

To associate a bullet point to the information you share, you just have to precede the concerned field by - followed by a space

# Insert a link to your information

To associate a link to the information you share, you first have to fill in the text in between [ ] and the url in between brackets ().

Example : I wait for you tomorrow in videoconference `on [this link](link.com)`

To cross out information in your message, simply precede and follow the field with ~~ .
