# Exporting the list of users

This article is intended for talkspirit administrators.

To export the list of your organization's registered users:

* Click the **gear** icon of the left-hand navigation menu
* Click on the **Manage Users** link
* Click on the **Download the list of registered users** link

If you want to open this file using Excel, here are the steps to follow:

* Open the CSV file with Excel
* In "Data", click convert and choose commas as separator.
* Save the file as an Excel file.
