# Defining Newsletter managers

The Newsletter tool allows you to share posts from you open groups by sending an email to all the platform members.

# Defining Newsletter Managers

The administrators of the platform define Newsletter managers. These newsletter managers will then be able [to create, edit, delete and send newsletters](https://help.talkspirit.com/fr/articles/6243460-partager-une-newsletter-aux-membres-de-la-plateforme).

To define Newsletter managers, go to **the Administration**, **Newsletter** Section. You’ll be able to designate the managers you want by selecting users from the list displayed.

**_NB:_** only members of the platform can become Newsletter managers? Guests can’t be designated as such.

Once the member becomes manager, a new **Newsletter** section appears in the **Administration**
