# Changing your password

Once you have created your account, you can change your login password.

# If you are logged in to the platform

* Go to the **Profiles and Preferences** section
* Click on **Login**
* Click on My account link,

If you can't remember your current password :

* Click on **Reset my password** to receive notice by email.

# If you are not connected to the service

From your platform's login page[(https://nom-de-votre-organisation.talkspirit.com](https://nom-de-votre-organisation.talkspirit.com/))

* Click on the link **I've forgotten my password...**
* Enter your **email address** and click **OK**
* You will receive an email allowing you to create a new password. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive our email.
* In the email, click on **Create a new password**
* You will be taken to a page where you can enter your new password and **confirm**.
