# Activating cloud storage services

This article is intended for talkspirit administrators.

When you want to attach files to your posts, talkspirit allows you to access files stored on Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and One Drive.

To activate these services,

* Click the **gear** icon of the left-hand navigation menu
* Click on the **Files** link
